ANA PAULA DA SILVA XAVIER has a degree in Law (2016) from the Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie Law School and is postgraduate in Financial and Capital Markets Law with Insper - Instituto de Ensino e Pesquisa.

 

She has previous experience with financial and capital markets transactions, negotiation and renegotiation of debts, as well as several banking contracts, Project Finance transactions, Corporate Finance, derivatives, issuance of domestic and foreign debt securities, initial public offerings (IPOs), among others.

 

She also advises corporations and limited liability companies in their daily corporate routine, as well corporate restructuring and reorganizations.
