Maria Eduarda Sousa Ribeiro is a lawyer who graduated from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie in 2021. She holds a Master’s degree in International Business from Hult International Business School (2024), in San Francisco, adding a strategic and international business perspective to her legal background.

She works in the structuring, negotiation, and implementation of corporate and M&A transactions, advising a diverse range of domestic and international clients, including buyers/investors and sellers/target companies, throughout all stages of transactions. She has significant experience in operations involving companies in the construction equipment, public sector services, and logistics sectors, as well as in the drafting and negotiation of commercial agreements.
