DANIEL ADRIANO PAULINO has over 15 years of experience in Corporate Law, Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A), Capital Markets, Corporate Governance, and Commercial Contracts. He has worked with multinational companies and law firms, directly advising C-Level executives, Boards of Directors, and shareholders on strategic decisions. He has extensive experience in regulatory and compliance matters for publicly traded companies with the CVM, SEC, B3, and NYSE.

 

He began his career at Companhia Siderúrgica Nacional (CSN) in 2008, worked as an International Associate at Debevoise & Plimpton LLP in New York in 2016, and had his first tenure at Themudo Lessa Advogados in 2017. In 2020, he became Legal Manager at Gerdau S.A., gaining significant experience in strategic transactions and the legal management of global operations. In late 2024, he rejoined Themudo Lessa Advogados as a senior off-counsel.

 

Daniel holds a law degree from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie, with a postgraduate degree in Tax Law from USP and an LL.M. in Corporate Law from Insper. He is currently pursuing an LL.M. in International Business Law at the University of Fribourg, Switzerland. He also completed an extension program in International Mergers and Acquisitions at NYU and has additional training in Business Administration from ISE Business School.
