DANIELA MINEKO NODA focuses on corporate law with emphasis on financing transactions, debt restructuring, M&A and capital markets deals.

 

During her 20-year career, she has advised companies, financing institutions and investors in local and cross-border financing transactions, project financing, public and private placements, debt restructuring and M&A transactions.

 

She has worked for 4 years as in-house counsel at Unibanco and 12 years at Companhia Siderúrgica Nacional, as Legal and Financing Manager. Before joining Themudo Lessa Advogados, she has worked as Legal Manager at Jive Investments, the largest independent asset manager of distressed assets in Brazil.

 

She holds a degree in Law from the University of São Paulo, a specialization in Business Law from FGV and an LLM in Financial and Capital Markets Law from Insper.
