FRANCINY DE BARROS works in the areas of tax and social security law.

 

Franciny has more than 18 years of experience, working at one of the largest Brazilian law firms during most part of her career. Since 2019, she has been a partner at a big law firm focused on M&A transactions, making up the tax consultancy team mainly for direct taxes, being involved in complex transactions and advised companies from the most varied sectors, from start-ups, scale-ups, medium-sized companies up to large public traded companies. Franciny has also an extensive experience in executive compensation matters, especially in analyzing and developing strategies for short- and long-term incentives plans not only from the companies but also from the executives´ perspectives. Franciny has also dedicated herself to consultancy and transaction involving non-profit organizations and challenges of the third sector.

 

She graduated from the São Bernardo do Campo Law School, specialized in taxation at PUC-COGEA, and holds a master's degree of business law (MBL) focused in taxation from the Universität zür Koln (Germany).
