Themudo Lessa Advogados was incorporated in 2009, when Rogério Cruz Themudo Lessa decided to continue to provide strategical legal advice to a select group of clients won over 42 years of practice, as a senior partner, in one of Brazil’s most traditional and prestigious law firms.

 
From 2016 onwards, with the arrival of Marcos Themudo Lessa and other partners with a similar professional background of over 20 years of practice in renowned national and international law firms, public companies and major banks, the firm expanded its practice to include the provision of legal services in all phases.

The firm currently relies on a team of professionals specialized in different areas of business law and modern facilities that are fully equipped with state-of-the-art technologies to better meet our clients’ demands, in addition to a cloud storage system and IT resources to assure our services are provided with the highest level of agility and data and privacy security.

Since its incorporation, the firm has successfully assisted a wide range of Brazilian and foreign clients, including family businesses, public companies, private equity funds, minority shareholders and individuals, in dozens of M&A transactions, formation of joint ventures, corporate disputes, tax planning, succession planning, corporate restructuring and reorganization, corporate finance and capital raising.
