MARIA CUNHA ARAUJO RIBEIRO graduated in Law from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie (2021). 

She works in the areas of Corporate Law, Corporate Governance, Mergers and Acquisitions. She represents various types of national and international clients with a focus on M&A transactions, including the structuring of purchase and sale transactions, acquisitions of equity interests, commercial contracts in general, activities related to the day-to-day corporate affairs of corporations and limited liability companies, as well as the structuring of corporate reorganizations involving various sectors of the economy.
