Renato has over 10 years of experience and worked in renowned law firms and prominent startups in Brazil. Renato has extensive experience in operations involving both public and private companies, private equity funds, joint ventures, venture capital, corporate reorganizations, and matters related to corporate law in general. Additionally, is dedicated to corporate governance, corporate reorganizations, and commercial contracts.

 

Graduated from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo. He also holds a master’s degree (LL.M) from Insper (2016) and Northwestern Pritzker School of Law (2023).
